In collaboration with our #UnitedAgainstC19 hub project, Rory has written an article, published on WEF's Agenda, about how the virus has resulted in social, economic and educational insecurity for young people across both London and the rest of the U.K.
This insecurity has been fuelled by a perfect storm of strained mental health services, outstanding housing costs, rising unemployment, and uncertain exam results. It is therefore essential that policymakers step in - and fast. Rory’s piece explores just a few of the things that the government could and should do to support young people both in the short- and long-term.
