As part of Salesforce's Futures LAB initiative on the future of work, Shapers participated in a series of workshops in May 2018 alongside a diverse group of leaders from across industries and disciplines. Led by Peter Schwartz, Chief Future Officer at Salesforce, the workshops explored future workforce scenarios related to major technological convergence and disruptive shifts to the way societies are organised. Themes included sectors and jobs most vulnerable to automation and displacement, how will the nature of work and compensation evolve, and the role technology will play in augmenting work.
